01 | SUBMIT YOUR INQUIRY Start by completing the inquiry form with as much detail as possible about your requested services, date, location, and number of people needing services. The more information you provide, the easier it is for me to confirm availability and provide accurate pricing.
02 | HEAR BACK FROM ME Once your inquiry is received, I’ll review the details and respond within 24–48 hours. Most inquiries are answered sooner when my schedule allows.
03 | RECEIVE YOUR QUOTE If I have all the information needed, I’ll provide personalized pricing and the details for moving forward. If anything is missing, I may ask a few additional questions before preparing your quote.
04 | SECURE YOUR DATE Ready to move forward? I’ll send the appropriate booking and payment details. Your appointment or wedding date is officially secured once all required booking items and payment have been received.
05 | PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT Once booked, I’ll send everything you need to prepare for your service, including appointment details and preparation instructions. If your service takes place at my Ferndale in-home studio, you’ll receive the studio address prior to your appointment.
FOR BRIDES: Your bridal preview takes place at my Ferndale in-home studio, while wedding-day services are typically provided on location at your requested venue.
